Not My Will But Yours
A question that rings to what is 'my' will not what is 'God's' will. ... And that is a mindset that flies in the face of modern western Christianity. It is so blatantly clear that those that followed Christ in the scriptures were 'so' not concerned with what they wanted. Or when they 'were' concerned with what they wanted they recognized it as 'not' being of God or of Christ. They recognized it as being their sinful nature.
But this world is filled up with choices that are all catered to what do 'we' want, what would 'please' ourselves. And then we wonder why we feel so empty inside, we wonder why we are plagued by mental diseases, which I believe has a lot to do with the spiritual world. We have a tendency of blaming it on something that we call depression. One of my sister's in Christ had written a really good article
